LaFayette Lincoln remains committed to the health and well-being of our customers and employees especially during these times of uncertainty. In an effort to help promote social distancing and prevent the spread of COVID-19 in our community, we have implemented many new processes and procedures throughout our dealership. We appreciate your patience and apologize in advance for any long wait times or other inconveniences you may experience!


Sales Department Hours: Monday - Friday from 9am to 8pm and Saturday from 9am to 6pm


Service Department, Parts Department & Quick Lane Tire and Auto Center Hours: For drop off and pick up only, Monday - Friday from 7:30am to 6pm and Saturday from 7am to 3pm


While we are still open for business, it is certainly not business as usual. Here are some of the additional steps we are taking to prevent transmission:

  • Employees who are sick, as well as those who could have been exposed to the virus, are urged to stay home
  • A no handshake policy is in place
  • Our staff is wiping down common areas, chairs, desktops, doors, etc. every hour during the workday
  • We have added Plexiglass dividers to our receptionist's desk and sales offices
  • Chairs and tables in the showroom have been moved in accordance with social distancing procedures
  • Our nighttime cleaning frequency has increased to 5 days/week
  • Gloves and hand sanitizer are available around the dealership for staff and customers
  • Face Coverings will be required of all employees, customers, vendors, contractors or any other person inside the buildings and/or within six (6) feet of another person on the dealership's property


We are monitoring the situation closely and will continue to modify our processes to maintain the highest levels of cleanliness in our store. For additional information on specific steps our Sales and Service departments are taking, please see below.

SALES:


We will continue to take hygienic precautions during the in-store car buying process, including test drives, and are working to set our showroom up to help promote social distancing. We continue to ask that both our employees and customers stay home if feeling unwell and practice frequent hand washing and social distancing as much as possible.


As always, our inventory selection is available to view 24/7 on our website! We have also introduced a completely virtual car buying solution! Please visit our Purchase Your Vehicle Online page for more information!

SERVICE: 


We have reduced our staff and will only be operating one Service drop off lane at a time. Our Quick Lane Tire and Auto Center is also open for drop off and pick up only. In an effort to promote social distancing, we are closing our customer lounges and will not be offering shuttle services at this time. 

Our Service Department and Quick Lane Tire and Auto Center are still able to perform any vehicle service needs ranging from routine maintenance to engine repairs and beyond! Our technicians will continue to take extra hygienic precautions, such as wearing gloves while servicing your vehicle and placing coverings on seats and steering wheels before entering. Due to these increased safety and cleaning precautions, your service experience may take longer than normal to be completed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
